The following is a brief, non-binding summary provided for convenience. It does not replace the official terms.
1. Service
1Rx is a cloud-based delivery management and route-optimization software for pharmacies, including delivery tracking, route optimization and patient notifications.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
- The pharmacy is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for obtaining the required consents from its patients.
- Login credentials are confidential; the pharmacy is responsible for their use.
3. SMS notification program
1Rx enables transactional delivery notifications to patients who have consented. Message frequency varies with the patient's deliveries; standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. No health information is included in SMS messages. See the SMS consent page and the privacy policy.
4. Mobile apps for delivery drivers
The 1Rx Driver mobile apps (iOS and Android) are reserved for drivers of subscribing pharmacies:
- Accounts: driver access is created and managed by the subscribing pharmacy, which remains responsible for how its drivers use the service.
- Road safety: the app must not be handled while driving. Interact with the screen only when the vehicle is stopped; complying with traffic laws remains the driver's responsibility.
- Estimates: estimated arrival times, distances and routes are provided for information only and are not a commitment.
- App stores: use of the iOS app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), and the Android app by the Google Play terms, where applicable.
